CAMPSITE REVIEWS

(updated May 2026 by Chris Ring aka Bingo)

Planning your camping at Le Mans?

This is one of the most important parts of your race weekend — get it right and it makes everything else easier.

Beermountain members have been building a detailed guide to every campsite at the Circuit de la Sarthe since the early 1990s, covering both the 2026 24 Hours of Le Mans and Le Mans Classic.

Below you'll find campsite reviews, ratings, and practical information to help you choose the right spot. Some sections are currently being updated for 2026, as the ACO have made changes to several campsites in recent years — the newest reviews and updates will always appear at the top.

Our ratings reflect the experience of a typical Le Mans camper, but every site is different. A campsite that works perfectly for a large group staying all week may not suit a couple arriving just for race day, so it's worth reading each review carefully.

We're still adding new feedback from recent visits. If you've stayed at a campsite and want to share your experience, we'd love to hear from you — your reviews help other fans make the right choice.
