Terms & Conditions 1) All items have been described in good faith, and final items may differ slightly in specification from illustrations provided. If you are not happy in any way, please return your item within 14 days unused and we will arrange a full refund. 2) Items are not available in sizes other than specified. Stickers cannot be sold separately. 3) Medals are available subject to you personally meeting the eligibility criteria. 4) Items are for dispatch within the UK only. Non UK orders will be cancelled. 5) Not all items are in stock today, but orders are being taken on a first come first served basis. We guarantee to dispatch all orders received in full before the end of May, some much sooner depending on what you order. 6) Delivery is by second class “signed for” Royal Mail. A signature will be required. This service typically takes 3-5 days from dispatch. We will endeavor to dispatch items within one working day of your confirmed payment. Please bear this in mind if you require your order before a certain date. 7) Payment is by Paypal only. We are sorry that we are not able to accept any other form of payment. All items must be dispatched to the address specified within your Paypal account. We cannot override these details. 8) Items are subject to limited availability. Whilst we will restock some items, we cannot guarantee to re-stock all items. Some items (e.g. medals) are a one off opportunity to purchase.
