2000 Gallery
| 2000 was the year that Mr Toad got the dates mixed up and failed to sort
tickets for "Camping Houx", so back to "Houx Annexe". It was
also the hottest year since the '70's. "Chef" came along, so we didn't see a burned burger all week. We were also joined by
"Baron" , who produced cocktails so strong we were unable to physically move after
drinking more than two of them! Meanwhile, nearby at the race, an Audi 1,2,3!
Hot, hot, very hot...but still "Biffer" insisted on having a fire each
night! Some amazing fireworks went up on Sunday night. We also had our
first theme night - Hawaiian night on the Friday, which worked well in
the climate, although this was the last year where we went without a
decent pool. |
